NCH Labs

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 10 August 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how NCH Labs ("we", "us") handles information when you use our services and sign in to them, including sign-in with Google. We keep this deliberately short and plain.

Who this covers

Our services are used by authorized people only. Accounts are created for you by an administrator; there is no public self-registration. This policy applies to those accounts and the people who use them.

What we collect

How we use it

Google user data. Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use your Google profile data only to provide the sign-in feature (matching you to an existing account). We do not sell it, use it for advertising, or transfer it to others except as needed to run the service or where required by law.

How we share it

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the infrastructure and service providers we rely on to run NCH Labs, and only as needed for them to do so, or where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your account information for as long as your account is active, and operational and audit records for as long as we need them for security and legal reasons, after which they are deleted or anonymized.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, and you can stop using sign-in with Google at any time. To make a request, contact us at the address below.

Security

We protect your information with access controls, encrypted connections, and single sign-on. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to keep your data safe.

Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date above and post the new version on this page.
